inconsistent experience, some issues noted
slow responsivenessair conditioning
The air conditioning was not up to par. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. also, the room service responsiveness was quite slow. it often took longer than expected for requests to be fulfilled, even simple ones like extra towels. this was frustrating, especially after long days and wanting to relax quickly.

i stayed in a beautiful room for three nights. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. i appreciated the direct access to the mall of the emirates.
the breakfast service was a bit slow one morning. it took longer than expected to get my coffee.

the breakfast was good and it was well managed.
The air conditioning system seemed problematic. the humidity level in the several rooms i tried was too high. It made my hair frizz. staff changed my room a couple times, but the second room also became humid.
